For each ticket purchased, Citybus Georgia  will accept following luggage:

1. One piece of luggage weighing up to 20kg and no bigger than a standard sized suitcase which will be transported in the luggage compartment (“Main Luggage”)
2. One small piece of hand luggage, in a size allowing it to be easily placed under the seat or on the shelf located above the Passenger’s seat (“Hand Luggage”). The Hand Luggage should not block easy movement by the remaining passengers.
3. Single ski equipment, such as skis or snowboard, is allowed as an addition to the 20 kg Main Luggage allowance. Please note that the equipment is not allowed to be loose in the luggage compartment or cause any damage to other luggage. The Driver is entitled not to authorize the luggage, if it is not properly packed.

According to our terms and conditions we will accept extra luggage free of charge if there is space available. For each ticket purchased we guarantee one piece of luggage weighing up to 20kg and one piece of hand luggage. To make sure extra luggage fits in, please purchase extra ticket. If there is an instrument that needs a seat, there must be a ticket for it.

• The battery is found inside the scooter or otherwise attached to it tightly.
• Power can be switched off and there is no chance for the scooter to turn on during the journey.
• The maximum weight of the scooter/skateboard is 20kg and the scooter can be folded to fit into a smaller space. The size cannot exceed the size of normal luggage (e.g. bags)
• We recommend protecting the scooter/skateboard with a cover as we do not take any responsibility for damages caused by other luggage in the luggage compartment. Transportation of the scooter/skateboard at own risk.
• There is enough room in the luggage compartment for the driver to be able to place the scooter on top of other luggage.
• Extra fee is collected for the scooter. Please select extra bag option during booking.

In the event of lost or damaged luggage, you should report the loss immediately to the driver or fill up contact form on citybus.ge Items that should never be placed in the luggage compartment include currency, valuable securities such as cheques, premium bonds or money orders, passports, driving licenses, certificates, jewelry, portable electronic devices such as cameras, mobile telephones, laptops and tablet computers, and other fragile or delicate items such as glass bottles, artwork as well as medicine and car and home keys. All items placed in the hold should be securely packed so that they can withstand normal handling and movement within the luggage compartment during the journey.Please note that we cannot be held liable for the loss or damage of the items mentioned above. Valuables should be kept on your person or in your carry-on bags at all times.We advise you to insure your personal belongings with a household or travel insurance, especially if carrying valuable items.

We accept folding bicycles  in the hold provided that they are in its protective bag  for additional charge.

Carriage of dangerous good including fireworks, explosives, factory chemicals, ammunition of any kind is prohibited.

Carriage of live stock, raw material, goods for commercial purposes is not allowed.

Dogs and other animals are not permitted on any Citybus Georgia bus, with the exception of assistance dogs (e.g. guide dogs). We recommend reserving a place for a guide in advance from our customer service.
