28th september, 9 am. We thought that we'll arrive at 3 pm, but actually we arrived at ~5:10 pm
Our records show bus arrived at 16.55 which is 2 hrs delay exaclty, not 3 hrs. We are sorry for delay, however it happend becouse of unfortunate multiple events that day: 1) road closure by police on Grigoleti-Japana sector due to massive road acccident, subsequently bus was rerouted. 2) Road works on Aragvi bridge near Tbilisi 3) Massive return traffic on weekend. Theese curcumtances are completely beyound our control whatsoever. Once again, delay was 2 hrs, traffic conditions. Thank you for clarification.
