Hi Valeria.Delays happens somw times due to trafdic situation. To assest it better, we need more details : when you travelled and which departure. Dispite that, we strongly beleive that 2.3 points only for reasons to dislike sanitary stop place which is do not belong to us is extremly unfair.
good option for its price, we also had a stop halfway for 20 mins to rest a bit.
