I arrived two hours before the trip, the driver and the company met me halfway by transferring my flight on the spot to another bus, and all this is not to mention the quality of transport, service and overall wonderful view during the entire journey

The trip was really good. The vehicle and service staff were also good.
Driver and steward didn't allowed me to take my carry on baggage to the bus saloon. I had to put my bag to the baggage
Space on overhead racks is limited. Due to safety reasons everything not fitted to the racks should nit be allowed.Thank you for understanding.
A very comfortable trip overall. The bus was equipped with air conditioning, which was especially appreciated on a hot day, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.
One pleasant surprise was that the staff provided a small snack and a drink during the journey. It wasn't something we expected, but it was a thoughtful touch that made the trip even more enjoyable.
There was a scheduled stop along the way, which was helpful. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be adding one additional short bathroom break on longer routes. That would make an already comfortable journey even better.
Overall, a positive experience, and I would happily travel with Info Bus again.
