First time from Tbilisi to Batumi was great: nice driver, smooth ride, good croissants.
Second time from Batumi to Tbilisi – the driver was yelling the whole way, clearly pissed off. No croissants at this time :( And we were half an hour late...
Sorry for your experience. It was very dififcult day with multiple delays due to snowstorm. We experienced significant duffuculties including onbord servuce supply support. Hopefully next time you will have better experince as we allways aim to do.
Well, thanks. But, just so you now, my return trip was on January 4, there was no snowstorm then
Can you advice which exactly trip so we can check circumstances?

Bus arrived a bit late in Kutaisi, but i understand it may be because of weather conditions. Other than that both trip and bus was perfect. They have best croissants 😂 i asked for 2 extra
